Pros: fits in a circle/favicon/etc. Kind or reminiscent of university patch. Has some vague kitsch/retro look. Cons: ... meh? I'm not in love.

I like it quit a bit, personally. It's muted, doesn't get in your face, easy on the eyes, and is its own thing.
