god this one had me stumped (as you can tell). it was not until i started over from the left quadrant that i got it. initially i started from the bottom left.

But, does it say when you win? Or do you just conclude that yourself? They're all smiling here right? Am I missing anything?

you have to fill every non-black space with light from the dots (you missed one in your screenshot)
