smol update:

• badges are now reorderable
  in general, everything reorderable is now using a common system under the hood. this also means that managing your bookmark collections is no longer a pain. things that can be reordered now have a dedicated grabber instead of the whole element being draggable.
• inbox is no longer broken
• new default badge: bi pride flag (i cant believe i literally did bi erasure fml)
